Medium and Image filesystem


dvdisaster will determine the image size from the ISO/UDF file system if this option is checked. This works around some problems caused by drives reporting incorrect image lengths with DVD-RW/+RW media.

File name suffixes


When this switch is set, files will be automatically appended with ".img" or ".ecc" suffixes if no other file name extension is already present.

Automatic file creation and deletion


Create error correction file (1): Automatically creates an error correction file after reading in an image. Together with the "Remove image" option this will speed up error correction file generation for a series of different media.

Remove image (2): If this switch is set, the image file will be deleted following the successful generation of the respective error correction file.
